1. Returns
Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery if they are damaged, defective, or incorrect. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Certain products such as perishable goods, intimate items, or personalized items cannot be returned.
2. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status. If approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
3. Exchanges
